OBLIGATION TO PROVIDE PERSONAL INFORMATION, WHEN WE COLLECT PERSONAL INFORMATION, AND TYPE OF INFORMATION COLLECTED
When visiting our web portal and mobile applications, you are not obligated to provide personal information. The user may exercise their rights to Information, Access, Rectification, Cancellation, Revocation, Opposition, etc. (ARCO) to the use of their personal information, in accordance with the Peruvian Personal Data Protection Law, Law No. 29733. In this regard, the user has the right, among others, to access their personal information, to request the rectification of inaccurate data and to revoke their consent for its processing; likewise, they may request the deletion of their data or oppose its processing, even when these are no longer necessary for the purposes that motivated their collection. The exercise of these rights is free.
